Items of personal information collected when registering as a member
1) Required items: name, account/ID, password, i-PIN number, date of birth, gender, domestic/foreigner distinction, email address, home phone and mobile phone number, duplicate registration information (DI), linkage information (CI), access IP address
2) Optional item: Address.
Personal information items collected when using paid services
1) Payment-related information: Payment method owner information (name, resident registration number), credit card information, mobile phone number, gift certificate ID/password, email address, access IP address.
2) Legal representative information when consenting to payment for a minor: name, i-PIN number, date of birth, gender, domestic/foreigner distinction, phone number, email address, duplicate registration information (DI), linkage information (CI).
IDs and passwords from other websites collected when paying with a gift certificate are used for authentication purposes only, and passwords are not stored separately.

9. Retention and use period of personal information
Personal information collected with the user's consent will be retained and used while membership is maintained, and if cancellation is requested, it will be destroyed in a non-recoverable manner. However, if it is necessary to confirm transaction-related rights and obligations based on the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., or if it is necessary to retain it for a certain period of time due to other related laws, it will be retained for a certain period of time.

10. Personal information destruction procedures and methods
User personal information is managed according to the standards below.
1) Subject to destruction
- Personal information where the purpose of collection and use has been achieved or the retention and use period has expired
- Personal information of users who have not used Joy Impact’s services for one year
- If a separate period is specified in the law, personal information for which the period specified in the law has elapsed
2) Destruction procedure
The information entered by users for membership registration, etc. is stored for the retention period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws after the purpose is achieved, and then destroyed without delay. Among the personal information of users who have not used Joy Impact Co., Ltd.'s services for one year, the minimum identification information required to reuse the service is separated from the personal information of other users and stored and managed separately, and is stored and managed separately for 4 days from the time it begins to be stored and managed separately.
